Refund policy

We do have a strict Store Policy at Twisted J.
There are absolutely NO refunds.
Once an item is purchased you have 14 days to return your item(s). All item(s) must be unworn, all tags attached and in perfect original condition. You MUST have your receipt.
You can exchange for a different size or receive store credit.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE ABSOLUTELY FINAL!
If you decide to receive store credit you will have 30 days to use your store credit before it becomes no longer valid.
As of 12/1/12 ALL Checks MUST have DL#,DOB, & Phone#. All returned checks will have $30 charge added to amount owed. Once a returned check is received checks can no longer be accepted from you.
All returns for online orders MUST include the Return Form and a Return Authorization Form.
